I got a speeding citation tonight for going 69 in 55, the cop said it doesnt affect insurance and does not go to the state. He said all I do is pay the 100 fine and it is settled. Im wondering in any way if my parents will find out?

When my sister got a citation for speeding my parents didn’t find out.

it all depends on the state. they will probably find out though since your insurance company will find out and increase your rates.

Tell your parents and get a lawyer. Tickets may go on your driving record and raise your insurance.
