I know you can make programs for cell phones, but I don’t know what any of the languages are or how they work. Can someone help me out?

I want to know how to make programs that I can put on my phone. It’s a Samsung SCH u540 or something close to that.

Try to find a Samsung Dev Kit online, and then learn how to program Java.
