I’m glad you brought this up bone.
The number of help request threads really is kind of ridiculous. I was thinking about suggesting in RER’s sandbox sticky that maybe we could make a new rule and confine the help request threads to the sandbox forum. The reason I didn’t do it though is because I just don’t think they should be banished completely.
Sometimes a respected member really does need help with something important and should be able to post a thread in GD in order to get better responses. It wouldn’t be fair to strip that privilege for everybody just because some n00bs try to abuse our hospitality and post a thread topic every fucking time they feel too lazy to use Google. Not only that, but sometimes the help request threads even turn into good discussions, so I wouldn’t want to see them be banished completely.

You can actually make GHB from alloy cleaner (I’m not bullshitting on this) so I’m guessing it’s going to be even easier to convince people to intake hazardous chems because they think they’ll get high from it.
