What kinds of boxes? Cardboard? Crates?
If you want to use duct tape, mud, etc. to make it sturdier, you could easily build a bunker or something that actually has rooms...you’d just need a good way to support your roof. Otherwise, all you’ll really be doing is sectioning off areas of your yard with boxes. Also, with that many, you might consider building multiple structures, bases, whatever for airsoft or paintball.

OMG make a huge box out of boxes! or put boxes everywhere in the neighbor hood. Like everywhere. ppl will get confused and think boxes rained from the sky.
