i dont think they will be legalized. plustheres no way in hell hes winning. Mcain has already taken the republican side and most likely Obama will win democrats. Obama wants weed legalized. so i’ve heard. i just dont want a republican to win.

idk, i know theres some citys/towns whatever that you can legally smoke on your own property. like here in cali i can go to santa cruz and its legal. the cops really dont give a shit over here tho. they’ll come up to you ask you if your smoking bud, tell you to put it out, than walk away. if you have a bong and its a dick cop he’ll make you smash it,

Usually, i’m for the GOP...not this year though. i don’t like any of the candidates. they’re all old assholes that owe people a lot of favors. may sound crazy, but i actually trust obama. he’s probably the least corrupt major candidate.
also, i doubt he will decriminalize marijuana, seeing as it’ll have to go through congress..which it never will. not only that, but he’ll have to decriminalize it federally, since it’s currently the state’s decision (as far as i know)

i should add, however, that doesn’t mean he won’t try. he’s definitely our best chance at getting some fair mary jane laws. i really commend him admitting that he smoked as a teen, and not beat around the bush..and even lie like some candidates. they were young in the 60’s and 70’s..everrrrybody at least tried it.
