try rubbing the area with alcholol (rubbing) or warm water

Being drunk may explain your actions, but it doesnt excuse them.
If you care about your girl, tell her, its better she finds out from you now rather than someone else on down the line. Tell her it ws a big mistake and your sorry. It might work out, might not.
If you dont have enough respect for her to tell her then you might as well end it anyways
