Im wanting to take the beat of one song and add the lyrics from another to the beat. Which program could I use to do so? And if possible please provide me a tutorial on how to do so.

you talking about sampling? i’m not positive, but i think the way the pros do it is, they go to the record company and ask for the recorded track. then they mix over that.

if you just need the beat, and don’t need to remove anything (like lyrics) from it, you could try sony sound forge

Shit, well I had heard one of my friends saying how he used virtual dj to take a beat and add lyrics from another song, the only way I could to that was when i downloaded just a beat and then downloaded a song that was acapella and add it.

last time i read about this, unless you’re a professional sound engineer, or find a really damn good program, this is the only way you can get lyrics onto a track.

did your friend do the a capella thing too?
