I was invited to design a skatepark for a neighboring town of mine,even better is im the only designer that skates plus I get 2 school credits for it. The drawback is that the town im doing it for only has a budget of 100,000 and its going to be in the size of 140’ x 75’.
Anyone have ideas about gaining a better budget such as great ideas for fundraisers and or bowl designs?
I want to gather as much info/possibilities and combine them to make a great skatepark for if it’s a success i could put it on a job resume.

That’s cool...
can’t help you though.
You could always hold a skating competition, $10 to get in, $100 if you win.
Or i dont know...something like that.

tell them 140x75 is not nearly enough for a good skatepark.

A sphere has the least amount of surface area per volume if that helps.

10,500 sq ft is enough for a nice skatepark,I don’t expect it to be the best but I want it to be fun and diffrent.

It woun’t be a circular shape but quarter pipes all along the sides with kickers and ledges.

Im the only skater at my school that has been skating for a while. So my teacher thought it would be wise to have me work on it.

Im sure that would blow your budget, though.
