RE is boring. I’ve noticed over the past few months the site activity has had a massive decline. As you’re all aware the forums (where the majority of the website activity takes place) has decreased massively. I used to wake up every morning and see the latest forum threads covering the home page, with an hour between each thread. Now i wake up to find the majority of the front page still containing sports betting threads from 6 hours ago.
I for one love this website, but it’s a little hard to keep loving something if there is nothing more to love. The majority of the members i "grew up with" (Basically the ones that befriended me when i first joined) have left. The majority of seniors have also left. Not too mention the fact all the newer members are either trolls, morons or on the rare occasion, have something to contribute. But even on this rare occasion most people tend to flame them, causing them to leave the website.
I personally used to find this website extremely entertaining, now it’s gotten to a point where it’s a choir to look at the forums due to the fact the same threads are on the first page of GD for days.
Although i do thank this website for many things, such as the fact it having such a massive change for the worst having caused me to go outside and make some God damn friends and start participating in the social life i neglected so long because of this website.
But, there are positives that came out of my time spent here. I made some kick ass friends, which some turned out to be real life friends. It also gave me an new outlook on life.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m still going to be moderately active on this website (I’m not sure if anyone noticed but i haven’t been posting as much lately). But in all honesty, there is no point, whatsoever in being active if the site activity is near to none.
YES, this IS a pointless rant stating the obvious over and over again, and YES, I’m almost certain everyone else noticed this. But guess what? This thread is probably one of the most well thought out threads within the last month. Because lately all I’m seeing is either bullshit, bullshit, #chan memes, bullshit, bullshit, nothing, nothing, people leaving, bullshit and then a whole another saga of #chan memes. As numerous members have said over and over again, this is not 4chan. So don’t act like it. If you want to post 4chan related nonsense, go onto 4chan. It’s only that simple.
I’m disappointed in your RE, i really am.

I have noticed your not being online a lot lately. This site’s activity has gone way down. And a good member recently left (R.I.P. duct_tape). Pretty much, this is all true.

It’s because of the glitches...
They just piss everyone off and make them leave.
If weasel put his arse into gear, fixed all the shit, sent out a chain email to all members making them aware of the changes, it would be back to its former glory.

Indeed.
It is sad. But, look on the brightside, whenever RE goes into decline, there is normally a couple months of nothing really happening and then all of the sudden awesome members come back and then something epic happens to make everyone want to come back on.

This is true. I think it’s just the fact that no one bothers to make threads anymore for fear of being bitched at, and people are just too lazy to make eggs because if they put a bunch of time and work into it, most retards who only read the eggs just have comment wars back and forth about how much "____ " egg does or doesn’t suck and give it or them bad ratings.
