This is so simple, you won’t even need Photoshop, though you can use it if you like. Find an image that needs no censorship, and censor it. Ideally, it should be funnier with the censorship than it was before.
Here are some samples.

Do these pants make my ass look fat?
What do a Camaro and a condom have in common? Both have dicks in them!
