Yes, yes, I’m going on a band trip!
My high school band (technically we’re the wind ensemble) is going on a trip to Virginia Beach this upcoming Thursday. It’s going to be pretty sweet, because we’re only playing for 20 minutes, but we’re wasting all of this time doing other shit. We’re staying at some Holiday Inn right on the beach, and we’re going to all of these freaking buffets. My God, we’re going to Busch Gardens. Maybe an aquarium too. On a band trip... this is great!
I was wondering if any of you fools are going along, since this is a national competition. I mean, I once met a kid from RE at a big cross country race in NYC. And you know, despite the old stereotype, not a lot of kids in band (our band at least) are dorks. I haven’t had a full week of school in almost a month. I had 3-day weeks of school the past two weeks because of Easter break. And then this break. And then I only have 1 more week of school until April break. Yup.
If you can guess what instrument I play, 5 stars on your everything.

Triangle, Bass Drum, Quads, Toms, any other excessive Percussive instrument since I’m assuming you’re in the Percussion section?
I play Drums outside of school, but I play Tuba in my school band. Speaking of which, I went to China for Spring Break last year, and I took some pictures of it if you want to check that show out.

I know a shitload of instruments anyway. I took "Music Theory A/B" in school these past 2 trimesters.
