hey guys my bro is 16 and he was in the caf and this udue was looking at him.he cam up to my bro and punched him in the shoulder.a big fight got violent and bro stabbed him with something.he spent from 10 am to 4 pm in the slammer.he has a hearing soon.assualt chrages. he was also charged for narcotics so jail or not

You guys are absolutely useless, and brjo sixteen is a correct spelling and 16 is also fine to use. Squirtygreek you have 8posts and they’re probably all useless. That is why RE is going down hill. Actually contribute instead of making stupid shit to get post count +1 [/rant]
Is this your brothers first offense/ run in with the law? Also if the other guy punched him first they might give him a lighter punishment for saying it was "self defense" but the narcotics might get him in a little trouble. I’d say worse case scenario is juvy, but not likely. Probably just a fine or a slap on the wrist.

Actually Chompy, the name is Brjo. Also the number sixteen is incorrect. Unless stated otherwise, numbers under 100 are wrote out, or so I have been lead to believe.
As for the thread, where do you live. I think the punishments are different
