im downloading fedora because my os is infected and cant fix it and i have a wireless pci card and graphic car and was wondering if i need to install the software for them and if i can because i need my internet and its all wireless

its a nvidia fx5200 128mb and a netgear 54mbs wifi card wg11 dont know specific info on mother board but its a intel pentium 4 socket 478
