Creep into a quiet neighborhood (far from train tracks) late at night with your headlights turned off.
Blast the horn and hold it down for around a minute then just speed the fuck away.

I wonder if I could get those mounted on my motorcycle! I was going to get semi horns for when dumbasses try to cut me off, but train horns would be even better! I am truly jealous.

But yeah, that was awesome it be cool if waited by the railroad tracks, and while people are passing, hit the fucking gas and blow that horn they would be fucking scared shitless.
