They’re both bad, but I suppose they have treatments for Cancer, whereas what the fuck have they got for AIDs? You’d be dead within no time.

I hope I dont get cancer...
But I would rather cancer than AIDS, you see, because AIDS is caused by HIV, which is where your immune system fucks itself, which I imagine brings LOTS of pain.
Whereas with cancer, you get sympathy, too.

AIDS is for homos and drug addicts, neither of which get much respect.
The first symptom of AIDS is usually either a sharp jab in your vein or a deep throbbing in the anus.
Whereas cancer = sympathy, as stated by RWS.
AIDS is like the ultimate disease. You have long enough to be depressed for ages, but you’re weak enough so that all you can do is regret taking that one penis in the anus, the one which gave you AIDS.

IceCreamMan, if you really think that Aids is purely a disease of the pickle pirates you would be mistaken. It has been a very long time now that Aids is a non discriminatory disease. Unfortunately, it knows no boundaries whatsoever.
But in keeping with the discussion, Cancer would be preferable to Aids just because there are a few treatments for Cancer, but Aids is fatal, always.

You can still live and have AIDS. It just means you have to live in a bubble and can never be exposed to any outside air whatsoever due to really low immunities making you vulnerable to normal diseases that are airborne but we cant catch thru the air due to normal immunities (such as herpes).
Basically, you can say that Bubbleboy had AIDS (well, his mom led him to believe he did), because hed always be like "I DONT HAVE ANY IMMUNITIES".
AIDS=Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
Only Bubbleboy didnt aquire it, its just the ’IDS’ part (kinda; since he didnt have any of that after all).
