Diseases=Could kill you
Shit that could kill you=Wouldn’t make you healthy

bioterrorism is a way to kill lots of people without mass destruction, its also realitively easy to do (more than a missle or bomb)
since people are bcoming more or less imunti to antibotics a lot fo old school germs can be used
