that wasn’t the point of the myth.
that was just the greek way of saying "don’t bite off more the you can chew".
there are many ideas hidden in that, but the main one is that the very thing (wax) that brought you so high will be your downfall. SINCE it brought so high, it will be the very instrument that kills you.
anyone see similarities between this and the generation that built the tower?
(i just made all that up now, so don’t take me to seriously)
