Well I said I’d post here once in a while, how things been?
My friend has an air rifle and it’ll shoot through teo beer cans stacked without knocking one of them over.
I don’t want to look like an idiot when firing it, and I’d like to make an impression because this kid beat me at a few things and got a little cocky at it, so I want to make a good impressian.
TL;DR, how do you fire an air rifle well.
Itwould be fun to do a rolly-polly and shoot a beer can dead on, but I might shoot someone....

It’s probably a break barrel meaning you have to "break" the barrel in half to load it.
There should be a little button you have to push down near the part where it breaks...that’s basically when you want to reload it.
Once you load it it’s easy.
Place your primary hand on the trigger, and your non-primary hand holding the wooden part underneath the barrel.
Then you put the stock(fish tail thing if you’re a noob) on your shoulder.
Tilt your head slightly and bring the gun up until you can see the sights.
The sights are basically little tabs that help you aim.
There are two in the back and one in the front.
To hit something you need to line the tabs up so they’re in a row.
Now the middle tab has to be on your target, aka the can.
When you have it lined up hold the rifle steady as you pull the trigger without losing sight of the beer can.
Here is an image I got from google and it shows a dude reloading the air rifle.
But be warned, if the rifle isn’t a break barrel you might look like a dumbass trying to open it.
