Good catch Toasty!
This is a new one to me. Straight out scamming and asking for members personal info hasn’t been done this blatantly here as far as I know. Although he’s being deceitful, I doubt anyone would take him seriously because of the format of this "scam".
However at the least, Whitekong needs to be taught a lesson that this is an unacceptable practice here.
Please leave your votes for the punishment, here are your choices.
1) Account Cleaned and Banned for 90 days (all pictures, friends and eggs will be deleted and he will be banned for 90 days)
2) Account Frozen (the account exists but it is rendered useless, forever)
3) Account Deletion (self explanatory)
Just copy which one you think should be applied and post it in this thread.
I know many of you dislike Whitekong, but try to make judgment on the issue at hand, not on your feelings on other things.
This will most likely become an amendment to the current forum rules that were instituted by KeiserSosay so vote carefully as it will most likely affect the entire site’s membership.

Personally I feel those punishments are all a bit too harsh. It’s a first offense, right?
If you ask me, he made a scam e-mail, but doesn’t think his Paypal is working, and wanted someone to send him a penny to verify it.
Now, I’m not saying that I agree with the message. Posting that without an explanation was wrong, but I think he really meant no harm to the Rotteneggs community. Perhaps he should have put the email in a quote.
I vote 30 days off, no deletions.

Of course words from a moderator will be weighed heavily in this case.
I wonder why he didn’t just ask if anyone would send him a penny to test his PayPal without getting into the whole scam to make people wonder about his intentions?
