B Grade means that the card was returned by the customer, it could have been damaged, not right for the customers motherboard, or maybe the customer didn’t like it.
It seems like an OK card, just make sure your motherboard can support it.

Don’t waste your money on a 8500, I am just about to buy a 8600 GTS for 64 bucks. Just make sure you have a power supply that can handle it.

His is better, it has 1GB of memory instead of a measly 256MB. And everyone knows that GT is better than GTS.

Oh and by the way, many people who I know that bought 1GB video cards, were very unhappy with them. I don’t remember the exact reason, but it had something to do with the video card memory interfering with the system memory. (Also, this was 3 different cases)
To be honest, you really don’t need much more than 256 mb of VRAM. That is unless you are a crazed gamer, then maybe you could use the 512, but even my friends who are intensive gamers have never had trouble with their 256’s. This is one case where bigger is not always better. If you want the name brand Video Cards, but still don’t wanna spend that much, look into the 8600 GT XXX Edition. You know those intensive gaming friends I spoke of? 2 of them have that card and love it. I know my one friend runs Battlefield 2, WoW, Test Drive Unlimited, etc. all on high graphics settings and has never had a problem with them. However, if you insist on a card with more VRAM, then I would suggest this. It really will do the job fine on 256, but if you want the 512 in an NVIDIA, then I would get that card.
If you are willing to step over to the ATI side of things... (I’m not personally, but its just a brand preference) My girlfriend’s brother and dad both run the Radeon HD 3650 with 512mb of VRAM that runs at GDDR3 and they love it. They both are WoW players and they run it at high settings with no lag. Also as a plus, it has a HDMI port right in the back.
Another ATI based card that I was OK with was the Radeon HD 3650 Sapphire. However, I would only consider this card if you are a light gamer and need the card more for running Vista or watching HD content on a media computer.
Generally, if you are a light gamer, or a mid-gamer who doesn’t care too much about running everything at blazing high settings, then ATI is the best value. However, if you would rather run all your games on medium to high settings, then NVIDIA is the way to go, but you will generally spend more money than if you bought an ATI. Also, be careful with buying those cards, make sure your PSU can handle it. You didn’t give us specs of your computer so I didn’t know what range to go in.

Oh really smartass? Besides your thirst for more VRAM, which is not needed, show me what is better.

oh yeah and the vram only really helps if you have a nice big monitor taht can display the resolutions. if you have a lttle one (17") than than you won’t need all that ram.

Yea, I had never heard of Foxconn either, but you can’t beat the price, and so far everyone has loved it.
And you proved my point exactly, I have a mere 20" monitor as do most people, though a bunch do have widescreens, and you don’t need immense amounts of VRAM.

Lol, no, I wasn’t going apeshit, it just happens that I was just buying mine too, so I was typing about what I was currently doing. I just don’t like arrogant people, and for a second it seemed like you were going to be one of those types of people, that I had just been dealing with IRL a matter of 30 minutes ago. Sorry for the snapage, haha.

I’m currently in the market for a new 9600GT and being pretty cheap (around $200 last time I looked).
What I would LOVE to have is one of these (scratch that - two of these running in SLI)!!!

Lol Bungle, how is it cute?
Kick ass I would rather define it as. And cheaper than an Ultra. I laugh at the people I know who spent 900 something dollars on one, just before the 9800GTX came out.
For you see, back in ’68 blah blah blah nostalgic story...whatever... Simpler times.

...Okay then. Jokes on you, like I’m going to buy two 9800GTXs in SLI, thats $938 which I don’t have and don’t want to waste. I doubt I’d even buy one, depending on the price in like a while.......
Anyways just saying what would be good, but I will sit back and rather spend my cash on other things... Like guitars and whatnot. That’s me though.
=)
