i got these niggers driving by my house at like midnight-4am every so often real fuckin slow, even stopping every now and then like there scoping the place out
i live out in the middle of fuckin no where, like a car every hour might drive by my house during the day time and traffic at night is non-existant plus there is no reason to drive >5mph.
i got a liscense plate should i get police involved or handle it another way? ive scared them off a couple times with pb gun and just shouting at them when they stop infront of my house but im gettin fucking tired of it.

Why would you get the police involved if they didnt do anything wrong? If they were driving down a straight road, stopping every now and then, then they wouldnt be scoping out one house, theyd just be looking for something.
Maybe they lost their dog around the neighborhood.

kinda what ive been trying to do. tho i never know when there comin might be midnight might be 5am and can be weeks before they show up or 2 days later.
i can usualy tell when there comin if i dont have headphones playing and i cut the lights out and they stop when they dont see any lights on, if they do it again im gonna go down there and see whats up

They haven’t done anything illegal yet (not to suggest that they definitely will). And generally when you "scope a place out" you get out of the car and seriously check the enttire outside of the house. You really can’t tell that much about a house from driving by it. Seeing as how they haven’t committed a crime the cops won’t do anything. Oh and if you’re going to report it then at least be less racist about it.

If you really do live out in the middle of nowhere, then get your shotgun and go outside and wait for them to come by. When they finally come by, shoot the shotgun close, but miss their car by quite a ways, then explain "you’re just havin’ fun huntin’ at night, as ’possum’s only come out at night."
Be sure to dress the "part" and look all crazy like you’re for real one crazy backwoods muthafucka. I doubt they’ll ever be back when they think some crazy-ass redneck is runnin’ around randomly with a shotgun at night.
There’s nothing that’ll scare a bunch of urban youth more than a crazy redneck runnin’ around with a shotgun. Even if they are legit, you’ll scare them away and never see them again.

Threatening them with a paintball gun is a bad move. Let’s say they are scoping the place, and they plan to rob you. There’s a pretty good chance they will have, or can get a real gun. One that spits chunks of hot lead. Now, let’s see... You point the paintball gun and threaten them in the gloom. They’d think you’re about to light them up with a real gun. They open fire. Paintballs vs. bullets... I’d put my money on the lead.
Go steal an ADT security sign and plant it in your lawn where you’re sure they will see it. Problem solved.
