Ignore what I said about gears, it must of been a coincidence.
Chrome is much faster to load than firefox, I mean the program loading I’m not sure about page loading.

I conclude that it sucks, mozilla just needs to figure a way to get the js thing or whatever they did that makes it so fast

Well, I’m going to test Google’s claims and go to nimp.org. Can some other people think of some other, REALLY malicious sites to test?

It’s fast because it’s brand new and it hasn’t been patched and tweaked and changed and patched again as of yet. Give it time and it’ll be slower than all the rest.
You might want to read the EULA as you all but give up your first born by using Chrome. The feds will really get to the average users personal info with this tool which just might have been the actual point in the first place. Google has been known to just give up your rights to privacy.

Yeah, exactly. It stands to reason that they’ve worded it that way to make everything you do available for whatever purpose they see fit. The EULA even allows for Google to at their digression download to your computer any "upgrades that they see fit"
12. Software updates
12.1 The Software which you use may automatically download and install updates from time to time from Google. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Services and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit Google to deliver these to you) as part of your use of the Services.
With that language they could put all kinds of lurking devices right into the code of the program where you are forbidden to check to see if they are there.
Pretty odd behavior wouldn’t you say?
