I know theres no site out there exactly like re, but are there any out there similar to this site, without all the problems and preferably a owner that values his site more then his ad money.
Im not ready to give up RE yet, but the problems are becoming unmanageable and intolerable to the point of many members leaving, and its happening faster than new people can join.
So, anybody know of any sites that are like rotteneggs?
And no, im not just making this thread to bitch about the problems, its a genuine topic.

I remember you, too.
As for the site, I am going to bear with it. I have become attached to RE, and know that it’ll either get fixed, or suddenly disappear. Either way, I’ll be here when it happens. I have patience. We have no idea what is going on in Weasel’s life, and it is his site. Maybe he already gave up. Maybe he’s at a loss as to what to do to fix it. Maybe he forgot his password. Maybe he’s working on it. Maybe I’ll stop guessing, and start making a new Egg.

Dodge, even if he forgot the password he could go through the database through a program like Navicat and change it and fix the site from there.
and yes, anyone still around must be attached to RE to some point, including me, its just that if the latter of your choices happens (suddenly disappearing) i would like to have a place to turn where i could find at least some of the members of RE ive come to like and maybe have some active content contribution.

Good point, about being able to kinda stick together. Most members have MSN (although I do not), and also chat through there.
