So I had 2 rockstar vodkas last night
and managed to get to sleep at 3 in the morning
however, at 5, I woke up to a really fast heart rate
like dangerously fast
and I started sweating excessively
I also "had the runs"
ever since I woke up at 5... I haven’t slept
I’m still jittery and I really want to throw up (but I can’t)
does anyone know if this is a side effect?
or if I’m coincidentally getting the flu
(I also have the chills)
and my heart rate still isn’t back to normal

If your heartrate is fast the worst thing you can do is worry about it.

Yes mixing hard alcohol with energy drinks is extremely bad for your heart. Don’t recommend doing it ever ever ever ever again....

I don’t know what is wrong, but it’s just alcohol, not meth or acid. Nothing bad is going to happen to you from drinking a little bit of vodka and an energy drink.

well just be careful about how much you consume
on the shelf they’re $2.95 each (in BC liquor stores)
when they’re chilled... it’s about a dollar more or something

I wouldn’t pay per can, I’d pick a 6 pack of go halves in a slab with a friend. I don’t believe we have these in Australia though.. Disappointing, as i could see a really good drunken trance with these. As for the careful approach.....

I’ve never seen it sold as anything besides a per can kind of deal
that sucks... they’re really good.. although pomegranate flavour turns your mouth red for a whilllee

They don’t sell them over here either but alot of people just mix RedBull and Vodka.

The reason you’re feeling bad is because you mixed a depressant (alcohol) with a stimulant (caffeine, guarana, and whatever the fuck else they put in those drinks). Doing this confuses you body.
The alcohol works to suppress the effects of the stimulants. But, after the alcohol works its way through your system, all that is left is an over amount of stimulants. That is why you woke up and have remained jittery ever since. Just give it some time and you should be fine.
Oh and I have no ideas about the diarrhea.

Oha nd one more thing the drink I drink the most is Buckfast and that has a high caffine content,37.5mg/100ml to be exact and I never "suffer" and side effects apart from the obvious getting to sleep after alot.
