It’s been proven that those given a chance will ruin it for others.
A level 2 account took to bumping quite a lot of old topics just because he could.
General Discussion is now back to level 3 for new topics and level 3 to reply and will remain there for eternity.
It’s too bad one spammer ruined it for everyone.

I think that this will just ruin it for others, If anybody wanted to spam the website, They would create a mass amount of accounts, Rate a few eggs on every account, And level them up to level 3 (it wouldn’t take more than a week) and then they would spam

I’m sure it was intentional. Wouldn’t any spam be intentional though? I doubt there was ever an accidental spam attack.

Oh no. Now we have no more of those valuable level 2 members that we all know and love. Just when it seemed like they were about to contribute to this site!
Seriously, who the fuck cares? When was the last time you ever saw a level 2 post anything you couldn’t have waited for. Bumping it up one level isn’t that big of a deal, it just helps deter spammers because they can’t be fucked to spend a week upgrading. If a member is really enthusiastic (sp), then I’m sure they won’t be bothered by one more level.

I realize its the spammers fault and I think the admins took appropriate action. The "What a shame" was referring to the fact that one idiot had to ruin it for everyone.
