An interesting but pointless observation. Usually it is the other way around.
Usually there are a few people who control one account to manage a site 24 hours per day.
This is also how it works on many single sites where there is a chat. Often there are few accounts controlled by shift workers so that the persona is persistently present.
It is odd for there to be one person with two administrator accounts so either someone is doing things upsidedown here or your theory is incorrect.
Not sure which is the case at the moment and probably will not find out until after I bought myself a box of care.
