The reason the sports bets are no longer active, is that the recession has effected RE, and weasel and he can no longer afford to give away free points.

And that’s good in my opinion. I hated the sports bets, they took up all the new forum topics room on the front page and I thought they were useless.
... I did win the lottery a while back my one and only time playing it though. =)

The "recession" is no where near as bad as what thenews is hyping it up to be, there are plenty of jobs going, it’s just that employers would rather employ illegal aliens who will work for brass buttons, rather than a citizen entitled to atleast the minimum wage.

The Sports Bets were good for higher level members who couldn’t possibly reach their daily point limit. It was also nice for people who follow sports as it gave them a way to spend some points.
By the way, have the hands explained why they went away?

The levels of crime these individuals create in our society and the burden they rack up on the healthcare system, and you’re fine with that? 95 percent of all homicide search warrants in LA are issued for illegal aliens.
The government accountability office has estimated illegals cost the country trillions in just healthcare costs.

Like I said before, I used to hold your views. I was a militant right-winger if you ever saw one. But I MATURED, entered the real world, and learned pretty quickly that those views don’t fly because:

How are you going to tell me that the recession is due to the illegal aliens? You’re fucking retarded. It started as because of the credit crunch and people defaulting on their housing loans because of some real shitty legislation passed by Bill Clinton that allowed banks to give housing loans to people that couldn’t afford them. That was all fine and dandy for a few years until these people couldn’t pay them back, and it quickly escalated into a crisis because the banks were left with thousands of foreclosed homes and no money to pay back their investors, which is why several banks had to be taken over by the government. And so it continues until the recession affects everybody...That’s the condensed version, I can’t be fucked explaining it all.
protip: Don’t argue about economics with an economics major.
You need to take a step back and realize:
-You’re part of the reason people hate whites
-Your views have no basis in fact
-You are part of a very small percentage of people who hold the same views, and we can only thank god for that
-Immigration makes a country smarter and wealthier (look up "brain drain," which happens when people leave their countries to come work here)
-Shamans in South America have made medicine that cures diabetes, for example, which White Western medicine has failed to do
People are like books. Everyone tells a different story and everyone has something you can learn from them. But Grinches like you refuse to see the good in ANY other race than your own, and you fail to benefit from it.
And you never answered my question in the other thread: Are you just mad because you couldn’t afford a place in Old Town and you have to live among the Mexicans on the border with Falls Church?
