It does, and for some reason with each iPod I’ve bought.. I get home, a few weeks later think "Fuck, why didn’t I spend the extra $50 and get more space".

Same here. Except I already spent that extra 50 dollars. I wish I spent the extra 100 to get a 160gb Classic.
