... and I forgot how fucking annoying they are when they are kittens! All he does is go crazy fucking with shit. I can’t leave my backpack out cause he will pounce on it and play with the straps. I can’t take a shit without him crying to come in. Then when I let him in he tries to jump on my thighs... right now he is playing with the curtains.

He will sleep in the day time for like probably... 4-5 hours, and the rest will be FUCKING WITH SHIT! The worst time is the morning... He’s fucking insane in the mornings.

Is that all they do is fucking play and fuck shit up?

They don’t fuck shit up if you lock them in glass jars and make bonsai cats and throw away the key.

I wish I had a glass jar with a key.

Maybe you should give him away while he’s still cute. When they get older and stand-offish it’s hard to find a home for them. Animals are a huge pain in the ass and responsibility.

He’s not my kitty. He’s my dads. He wanted him, so he’s taking care of him.

I’ve had a different cat for 8 years. But he was the nicest cat you would ever find... he used to wait by the door for my dad to get home from work...
And he was fat and the vet said he needed to go on a diet. But I always gave him extra in the morning. It was funny because once the food hit the dish I would hear him flying down stairs.

I miss him... =’(

Not all of them are big time spastic, though most of them have to play rough to get the skills they need to be a proper adult cat.

Just make sure there’s nothing around that you don’t want them getting into and it’ll be fine for you and the kitty.

Oh okay, that answered my question basically.

Well the only thing I’m worried about is cords. I know that my other kitties I’ve had have all liked to chew on cords and ruin my headphone/chargers and shit like that.

Get some toys for him which he’s allowed to play with. That should keep him away from cords et al. I used to get the small mice toy at the grocery store and tie some twine on it. I would throw it and let them chase it. When they’re little you can get puppets and let them attack your hand wearing it. However, you don’t want to teach them it’s ok to attack your hand without the puppet.

I made the mistake of teaching my kittens to climb up the side of me and sit on my shoulder. When they were small, I hardly felt them do it and they would ride my shoulders for hours. As they got larger it became painful. lol.

I plan on getting some. I’ve seen those mice on the yarn toys. It’ll look fun to play with the cat with that.

My cat does that to my dad. He likes to ride on shoulders.

My friend sprayed lime juice in his cats mouth and it foamed from the mouth and flipped out.

The chewing of cords must be avoided at all costs, they don’t know the difference between a headphone cord and an AC cord. It would kill them to bite into an AC cord, that would be most sad.

I live in an apartment so the AC cord biting couldn’t happen =D He’s safe from that atleast.

Yeah my cat was just like that.
Except shed shit in all of our plants,
and now shes about 5 years old.
Shes very smart, she knocks on the door when she wants it(rams it continuously) , she opens doors and cabinets without locks(uses paws) ,
She shits only outside( i taught her, tired of litter box)
So it gets better.
But right now the funnest thing to do is use a laser pointer, it never gets old.

Spend lots of time with it. When it gets older it wont be so hyper. Its just like a human kid, really playful.

I just kick mine.

I hate my cat.

But if I wanted to, I would get a kitten and train it right.

I was like that. I was the most fucking hyper and crazy kid ever. I had was the biggest tweak too. I would flip out when my parents looked at me if I was in a bad mood.

That’s why I named my cat Boomer because he runs around the house like he’s possessed.

But once they get older, they calm way down.

You don’t use electricity in your apartment??

AC cords = electric cords
AC = alternating current
