Last night I went to the Blink 182 concert and the absolutely KILLED IT, one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. I grew up listening to blink and never got to see them live so wen they reunited I knew I had to go see them. What was the best concert you’ve gone to this summer/ever?

I saw Blink a week or so ago, a little over. They were good, but I felt disappointed especially for seeing them live for the first time. They didn’t even play "Going Away To College", and there wasn’t ANY banter between Mark and Tom. Tom was the only one to talk. It was cool and probably one of the highlights of my Summer, but I hate to say at least at my show I wish it would have gone over better. It felt like they were just coasting more than actively trying to make it the best show ever.

My friend tells me how she constantly sees a bunch of bands in concert that I know is absolute horse shit.
And, this other chick I know which is totally right wing, conservative, christian extremist ass face is going to a reggae concert. I bet she’ll be in for a load of surprise that it’s not exactly straight edge.
Me, though, I have no fucking idea when bands come to town since my friends never tell me, and Myspace is slow as balls and unreliable to find out where they’re next tour is going to be. The last band I remember coming to town that I went to was a Saliva concert about a year ago.

Ticketmaster man. Even if you don’t want to page through the artists coming through your area on the actual site, you can sign up for updates when bands you enjoy are coming through your area.

He’s on The Wire. took me way too long to realize that fact. Also, my friend went to that concert, but I am not into that kind of music. At all.

I went to Mayhem Fest over the summer. It was actually the only concert I’ve ever been to, but it was amazing.
I’m going to the End of Summer Scorcher next month.

Best and only show I saw this summer was the Leftover Crack show in Pittsburgh. They played with a band called Trash Talk, but the mic kept going out on them so that kinda sucked. But overall it was an awesome show.
The only bad thing is that I was EXTREMELY dehydrated and couldn’t stay for The Casualties who were supposed to play right after Leftover Crack. That’s my only regret about that show.
In September I’m going to see the Hub City Stompers and in October I’m seeing the ’Misfits’, even though it’s hardly the Misfits.

haha the drugs at these concerts are unbelievable, in the parking lot there was a nitros tank it was hilarous, i tried 2 balloons!
