Mmmmmm. End of life PowerPC computing.
-Specs-
Processor: Dual 2.5Ghz G5, Liquid cooled
Ram: none installed (up to 8gb DDR400 though)
HDD: none (but I got two SATA slots)
OS: MacOS 10.5
Price:
*drumroll*
$20
That’s right. Twenty freaking dollars gave me the best fucking PowerPC mac made.
Unfortunately that price meant that I had to buy another dual processor 2.5ghz module for $2 as the one currently installed has leaked and burned out. On top of that, this coolant does not fucking evaporate so I have to strip the whole case down, powder it and wipe it and then reassemble it.
Now what should I run on this? Photoshop? Final Cut?
I do have a pro license to Quicktime 6 but that’s ancient.

This mac is four years old. :/
Also, this not old. It may still be two generations behind the Mac Pro but what if I told y’all that this is the newest computer that I now own?

I have the power Mac G4 and its still the fastest running computer I’ve ever seen. I don’t use it on the net, though, so I don’t know how it fares in that direction.
