On the contrary!
I’m street trash. I can’t raise a kid. I can hardly afford to keep myself (high) fed if I don’t spend half my day squeegeeing on a corner. What me and the misses did was something like the movie Juno. Personally I want the best for my kid. Sooo we picked out a family through an adoption service and THEY will be raising her. I chose them because they physically CANT have kids, and they’ve been on the adoption waiting list for over seven years. They will be able to put her through university, and give her the good life that sh deserves.
Don’t get me wrong though, I’m not just DITCHING my kid, it’s what’s known as an open adoption. I still get to see talk to and visit miniM anytime I can/want.
Aaaand on a side note, me and the misses are getting out of this city as soon as possible. I can’t WAIT to get back on the road. I feel like a homebum not being able to travel.
I’ve already accepted the fact that I’ll be street trash for as long as I’m here. I don’t want my kid to have the same fate.

And on another note, my girlfriend actually IS in university and will be attending he first year this winter. Before our travels.

Go to a tech school. I’m in welding, and I find it much more satisfying than the advanced physics and electronics classes I could have been taking by now if I had continued with my plans for university life.

but I make more money in the streets then ANYONE here does at some lousy job

I highly doubt that. I make good money and I dont even have a trade.
In Alberta 50 dollars an hour for like 13-14 hours a day is not uncommon with a trade.
You really want to be selling drugs for a living with a child? I feel bad for the kid.
Once you get a girl pregnant thats time to smarten the fuck up and go to school. Its not all about you anymore.

You should reconsider what is in her best interest.

Contradiction? Which is it, can barely afford to eat or can make more money than anyone here? I dunno about anyone else on here (apart from Sally, I know he’s loaded, and Skit!) but I can afford to feed myself, stay high, pay all my bills, enjoy luxuries and still have money left over at the end of the month.
Anyway, on the topic of miniMURDER, congrats! I know you’ll be having her adopted, but that is such an awesome gift to give someone. I really respect the way you’ve scoped it out and picked a family, and that it’s a couple who can care well for her, and who have been wanting this for so long. I’m so glad you’re not just going to dump her with an agency and not know anything after that. I hope you do keep in touch and that she understands when she’s old enough, and that it doesn’t turn into one of those "Why did you abandon me?!" things. I can see your logic and that you’ve given it a lot of thought so I’m not going to try and change your mind. I do think it’s a bit of a shame, but if it’s not for you then it’s not for you. If you can’t change the way you live for your daughter, at least you are making sure she will have a good life herself. IMO 19 is a bit young to have a kid, I think people need to enjoy life for a bit first, so allthough it’s sad that you’ll be giving her up, maybe it is for the best. I hope it doesn’t break your heart too much when you have to part with her after only just meeting her, and sincerely wish you 3 all the best for the future.

As a traveller, my income carries depending on where I am/ what I do.
For example, here in Winnipeg I’ll be lucky to squeegee up $50 in 5 hours.
But when I’m in saaay Saskatoon, I can make well over $300 in two hours of PANHANDLING. (seriously, they’re all fucking loaded or something.)
in Toronto I can easily make $120 in about an hour flying a sign,
but in Parry Sound (an hour away from T dot) I’ve literally made a grand in a day.
Granted, some lady gave me an envelope with $500 in it, but still, I STILL made another 500 off just flying a sign.
All that being said, Winnipeg, Calgary and Victoris are absolute SHIT towns to make money in.
A d even in a good town, you have to know when and where to go, places to avoid (accidentally set up shop on the corner of a cop shop spinning 40’s with my buddy once)
I honestly don’t care what anyone says or thinks about the way I live,
bcause when it comes down to it, I’m out in the sun getting hammered while ’working’ while the majority of the kids here work at McDicks or live out of mommy and daddies pockets.
I never been happier then when I’m passing out under a bridge with my girlfriend next to me ( yup, She travels too) and my dog tied to my leg.
