Honestly, that article made next to no sense to me...I understand the car issue, but the rest, seems like they’re speculating without saying why they’re speculating.

I dont understand what this is about. I tried but I cant pick sense out of it. Are people angry because a police force showed up in their town when they arent suppose to have one?

I believe this town never had a police force to begin with and now these yahoos show up and the people are freaking out.

What exactly is it? Some kind of private police force?
Also, Why did they copy Serbia’s flag? Having the double headed eagle on its own could make sense in some way but the 4 C’s doesn’t make sense at all.

They used to be a Blackwater subsidiary, but now they’re off on some wild tangent since Blackwater no longer trains mercenaries.
