I’m going to watch some TV. If I fall asleep, so be it.
Tell me all about your day.

well. last week was hell week as far as school goes. tests and projects and stuff. got most of my tests back did fairly well. mostly a-’s and b+’s, so that’s good.
I ate chineese for lunch and taco bell for dinner :( stomach feels a little confused but we’ll see how it all gets worked out.
this week is homecomming. big party at boat club friday. saturday tail gaiting for football game (american) which i might actually get to go too and use the season tickets i bought because my work schedule is going to accommodate the rest of my life this weekend. ALSO just got word that SWHIM just birthed a shitload of Psilocybin :)
even better next monday and tuesday i’m out for fall break. working out to be one hell of a nice break. planning to indulge in some freshies and also head out to red river gorge (more likely than not these will occur on separate days) while the trees are changing and the weather is nice.
maybe KS would be interested???
buttttt right now i am procrastinating...

My dog has had cancer for a few weeks now. It’s slowly been taking over his body, and now he’s blind in his right eye, he shit all over the floors of my house today because the acid that’s been filling up in his stomach has caused him to have diarrhea. We have to go in and put him to sleep tomorrow.
I’m a sad panda. I was the one that got to pick him out when we went looking for dogs. It’s even more upsetting that while he’s old for his age (10 years, and Golden Retrievers are supposed to live until they’re 10-12) that we still have our fucking cat who’s 6 months younger than I am (She’s 18!) and yet she still is alive and does nothing but fucking piss and shit all over too just because she’s lazy.

Sorry about the dog man. I had to put one of mine down a few years ago and it sucked.

There is something about a dog that makes losing them
hurt more than any other pet.
No other animal shows the love and loyalty like a dog.

Got a call from a temporary employment agency chimp. She tells me about a job I found on a job board. Turns out it’s pretty much entry level, converting old drawings to 3D models, and it’s for a small, family run business, leaving nearly no room for advancement. Then she asks if this sounds like where I’d like to go with my career.
Hell no, I thought. If I were 18, maybe, but certainly not now. She’s describing an entry level job, and wants to know if that’s what I’d like to do with my career. Such a person would have to be either not very bright, or extremely unmotivated, two qualities I wouldn’t want in an employee. So I gathered they want someone they can hire on the cheap, and have their asses kissed for it. I quoted my rate of $25.00 per hour, so we’ll see.
Remember two things. First, family-owned businesses often exist for the sole purpose of providing jobs for family members who otherwise aren’t smart enough to hold them. I’d probably end up training the boss’ nephew to take my job. Second, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

This is true.
Well, I finally decided to stop slacking off and actually try harder in school. Not going too well, but better than what I had. Also, on a diet now.

Thanks man. I appreciate it. Today has just been awful.

The ultimate truth.

What caused the motivation to do better in school?

That sucks, Doop. My dog was 14 when he died. Sorry.
So, I bought a snake yesterday. Named it Snake. After the Simpsons character.
The pet store sold me a really bad tank, with no place for the cord from the rock heater to go. Had to make a hole of my own, then cover it with duct tape on both sides of the lid, so the snake couldn’t get out. Still need to get him a good piece of driftwood so his space wont be so empty.
Then, last night I went over to my friend’s house for his brother’s birthday. They had double-layered cookie cake. It was really fucking fun.
Today, I had a permenant retainer put on my bottom jaw. then i came home and took a nap. I woke up feeling sick. Might not go to school tomorrow.

I woke up late as dick this morning (7:30), so I wasn’t able to go to the gym or get online). My legs were sore as hell from working out and running around in P.E. yesterday. It was to the point where I was using my arms to position my legs around. I grabbed some coffee, and left for school (using my arms to position my leg by my car’s gas pedal). It was a typical day at school, and my legs felt a lot better after running around in P.E. again.
When I got home, I had some food, and finished up my final study guide for government. The term is over at the end of the week, so it was the last assignment I have for that class.
That brings me here, catching up on Rotteneggs and eating Asian fish snacks. They’re really good.

Didn’t want to take online classes or deal with the shit storm of my parents going bat shit if I had an F on my report card. I have all C’s and D’s now, with the exception of an A in Spanish II and Drivers Ed.

That’s weird...My thread worked well and with no derailment.
Daylight savings time started on the weekend and so did my new hours of work this week. Instead of getting up at 9:45am I get up at 7am which is 6am in real time. In two or three weeks it’ll change to 6am start which is really 5am. I hate daylight savings. Glad to be working full time again though.
I did fall asleep yesterday. I couldn’t sleep later at night though, so I’m not gonna repeat the 4 hour nap this afternoon...
