My only problem is that its saturday night and I don’t want to be wasted on monday, in school. Should have done it friday.
In case some who are reading this don’t get it, nutmeg intoxication lasts about two days and is stronger than pot, depending on the dose..

Some people call it similar to weed....but the majority compare it to a horrible case of the flu: nausea, paranoia, cottonmouth, light sensitivity, dizziness, and a hangover that’ll make you wish you were dead.
Don’t know how you’d do it "right," even if you only eat two tablespoons (recommended dosage), those symptoms still manifest themselves in most people.

A general rule of 2 tablespoons is not a very scientific measure. All those people may be experiencing some poisoning.
Quote wikipedia: Nutmeg contains myristicin, a weak monoamine oxidase inhibitor. Myristicin poisoning can induce convulsions, palpitations, nausea, eventual dehydration, and generalized body pain[4]. It is also reputed to be a strong deliriant.[5]
The exact ratio should be about one gram per ten pounds of body weight. To get even more precise, you should find out you body fat percentage and minus that from your total weight.
Also, I like to take that stuff with large quantities of catnip tea, which has various herbal and phsycidelic properties of it’s own. Spices things up and cushions the side effects.
