Dentures.Before im even 22 im getting dentures because my teeth are fucked.I went today to get 5 teeth extracted and have to go back in two weeks to get more taken out.They said i had infections all the way down to the bone and the reason I didn’t feel a thing is the pus was coming out the top and I was swallowing it.
Anyone else have a similar problem/story?

Don’t you brush your teeth? I’m 17 and I’ve never had a single hole, filling, cavity, whatever. The dentist has never had to do anything but look at them and say "Shit son, them teeths is good"

Your dentist is black too? Mine always tells me weird stories about growing up in Africa. He’s pretty cool.

I had an infection in the pulp of my front tooth which gave me a huge ass abscess,since I had never had this before I thought it might just go away but i didn’t
I ended up going to the dentist who had to burst the abscess and drill out the infection in the pulp(root canal treatment) all of which was done with the feeling in my mouth because the local anesthetic wouldn’t take to the infection which had spread all up the top of my mouth.Twas fucking agony.

I ground my teeth right down so I need crowns for all them. I doubt I will get them for a while though, because it isn’t noticeable unless you are looking down my throat,

I had my left front tooth knocked out when I was in a pub a while back.
Got a nice replacement.

My two upper canines never descended. They’ve been sticking out of my gums for about six years.
Its considered a cosmetic issue and my insurance won’t cover to get it taken care of properly (properly involves pulling four teeth, getting braces for over a year, and praying that works). That would cost $4,000 out of pocket and that’s almost a fifth of my household’s yearly income. Definitely not worth it.
I told them to do it my way (simply cutting them out of my gums and letting the resulting holes heal) but they said dentists never remove canines because they are the strongest ones in the mouth. Fuck lot of good they’re doing me up there though. But, since I can’t brush up there, I’m waiting for them to rot or whatever so they have to be removed.

I never drank soda,the meds i was put on for my epilepsy made my teeth soft and not brushing properly lead to the infections.Luckly the state is paying for all of it so I don’t have to pay a cent. Im pretty stoked on getting false ones,there always white,straight and easy to clean as I can take them out for the hard to reach spots.
