Thats what I would like to know too.
It took a civilian cop to stop him.
Since he was a doctor I would say he was pumped up on pills or something.

Plus, he wasn’t down there for too long...
3 months, then off to Kosovo...

Hey, my dad was out in kosovo for a year and a half! I went out to visit him and spent quite a bit of time mingling with all the military guys and police from different countries. Don’t know that I met any helicopter pilots but I guess there is a slim chance I met your dad! The 2 americans I remember are Wayne from Daytona, and "Skillet". Don’t suppose either of them are your dad?
My dad was the Symbian Director of Defence and head of Interpol for UNMIK. If i remember correctly he was based in camp alpha. He’s kinda tall, bald, and scottish. Wonder if your dad would know him?
