I just upgraded to it, My point limit is less, and Itll probably take me a while to get to three now.
Yippee!
I thought it ment 13 more points to your daily point limit, not you point limit goes down by 7.. What a rip. I think this should be changed..
And please no spam calling me a noob and such, I know Ive only been here for a little while and it seems stupid discussing level two.

It drops at 10 also, until you are level 14.

No, you can’t skip LvLs at all, however you can NOT upgrade ’till you can surpass the problem LvLs, that’s what a SMART member does!
