My ban is over, it was set until September 15th. I was given a "90 day ban". That was 90 days. It’s over. Double Jeopardy! I wasn’t even given a reason. Why?

What does his previously higher level have to do with anything? if levels don’t mean shit?
ALSO he deleted his account. Out of choice. I got hacked. I believe that is of some significance.

Your Ban was extended for posting AROUND it with other accounts instead of doing the Ban and getting unbanned you couldn’t wait, so you’ve extended it for yourself.
Consider yourself lucky that you can post with the Dupes, I thought it rather generous for the Mods or Admin to not have Banned or deleted them for being the accounts you posted around the Ban WITH!!
Yeah, I’d say you were quite fortunate to get that chance!

My ban was extended for avoiding the ban with dupe accounts? Considering I posted with other accounts without breaking any rules, clearly banning me in the first place saved RE from no trouble. If I can post with an account and not break any rules, why shouldn’t I be able to post with that dupe? You’ve been a mod so long you’ve missed the point of banning people. It’s not to punish them, it’s to stop them from future fouls.

It’s pretty simple really.
You MUST serve the total Ban for 90 days, you INSIST on posting around the Ban with dupes, so you must start ALL over again.
You haven’t YET served the Ban as you KEEP posting around it.
Just consider yourself fortunate the accounts haven’t been deleted for this transgression as would be our choice to do as the Rules state.
In other words, quit yer bitchin’, serve the ban, and get on with your RE posting with the original accounts.

He makes a valid point; I’ve actually considered this perspective before.
If they’re not disrupting the forums anymore, with the dupe account, might as well let it stay. If the dupe is solely flaunting it, or causing issues, that’s when the banzhamzor should be used.

That rule was here before the rules Page was put up, but what’s the point if you can just ignore it.
Might as well have a multitude of accounts, just get banned with one, and move on to the next one ’till you feel like doing something Bannable with that one and move on again.
Better yet, just don’t ban anyone, what’s the point if you can just move on to the next account and continue posting??

Viper, there’s rules you ignore. And you know exactly what the fuck I’m talking about.
That ’rule’ page is hosted offsite, therefore I consider it unregulated and uncontrolled and not a part of my "job" on this site. Although a few of my bans reflect on the text present there, I won’t be quoting that for "proof my ban is valid".
