height is important!
but if you want to loose weight that quickly you need to shock your body (i.e. work allot of different parts very intensely and don’t repeat the same workout pattern for more than a week)
here’s an example:
WEEK1
day1:pushups (regular, spread, close, diamond, incline/decline), pull ups/chin ups
day 2: flybacks, curls, bench, work back/shoulders
day 3: legs, jumping jacks, squats, lunges
day 4: cardio (swimming, jogging, w/e)
day 5: agility (stairs, tires, parkour)
day 6: yoga
day 7: rest

make yourself last at least 1 hour a day. and do an ab workout for 20min every day. after you finish the first week, rearange the days in a different order and do it again. repeat this process for about 12 weeks and you will be slim and ripped.

as for diet, eat high protein untill you start to notice weight loss (peanuts, fish, meat, whole weat etc) stay away from sugars and white flour if possible.

and just hold on a minute, my asking him how tall he was did have a point because how told you are does have a baring on how fat you might be, someone 5’1 can’t hold as much weight as easy as someing 6’5
