See i grew up playing super nintendo so now i have a likeing for the consols that have the games i liked on there (nintendo consoles) I guess its the nostalgia that i like. I bought a gamecube soley for the fact that i could play zelda and mario on it. Old school games are the shit. However i know that if you have the Wii you can have the nextgen console and then buy old school games off the web.

Mine would be a tie between the N64 and the Gamecube. I’ve been big on Nintendo all of my life because I’ve always loved their first party games (Mario, Starfox, Super Smash Bros.). I grew up playing the old NES and then progressed from there. I sold all of my gaming stuff a few months ago because I don’t have time to play anymore.

Gamecube for me. I spend hours playing Animal Crossing, Cel Damage, Sega Soccer Slam, Nightfire (james bond). And other classics. Best system ever!

Also I bought a Wii with my brother, but I essentially just gave it to him, and I play it occasionally
I don’t even play them a lot anymore, they are just kinda there when I wanna play them occasionally. I gave up on just using systems for gaming and now just upgrade my computer to play games on it.

I had most of the major consoles, except for the Wii. I’m not good at picking favorites but it’s probably a toss up between N64, Xbox and Xbox 360. Mainly because I had them the longest, actually knew what I was doing, and all three of them have classics.

First I had
Sega Saturn, Pretty fun as a child, nothing amazing.
PS1, A really popular thing at the time but not amazing.
PS2, Fun enjoyed PS2 but too glitchy for its time...
Wii, Play it alot but its only good with freinds and not for your own.
Xbox 360, I’ve never played a console for such a long time and enjoyed it..
I played Xbox 360 for around 9 Months and didn’t get bored at all, I currently still play my 360 but only around once a week.
Deffinatly 360.

I had lots of the old systems. I liked them because unlike the new shit, they’ll be working 5-10 or more years from now.
But my current favorite would be PS3. I don’t actually own it but I play it at my friends house all the time.
I never liked xBox, the only good thing about xbox would be the online community, but other than that PS3 owns in everything

Wait until PS Home comes out. And yeah, I’ve had my N64 for 10 or 11 years, some people have to send their 360s back after 6 months. Clearly retro is the victor here.

I’ve never had to send my Xbox 360 back, that was a problem in the early systems, and only people who treat their console like shit, that happens to.
Also PS might get home but Xbox 360 is getting a new dashboard and avatars and all this other shit, and possibly interactive 3d gloves so you can switch through dashboard blades and such by swaying your finger in mid air.
Also Xbox 360 was in 2005, PS3 was very recent..
They shouldn’t be compared but they are, Prove anything?

No, my cousin had to send his back after 6 months, he got the RRoD.
PS Home is going to have avatars, and the Sixaxis controller has motion sensitivity that rivals the Wiimote (Wiimote = 1 3-axis sensor, Sixaxis = 2 3-axis sensors).

Ps3 came out in 2006, and the PS2 came out a year before the first Xbox. Meaning Sony put 2 extra years of production into their console, and it shows.
