Ok, so if you google ’avatars’, you get a bunch of pictures. Seems many users do this. Then someone gets the same one, without knowing, and they are accused as avatar stealers.
The way I see it, you are a stealer if the person made the avatar, or if it is exclusively in their profile.
Other than that, you have no proof that they took it from you. Do you expect people to look through every profile to see what they can and can’t use? No, so can we please stop this nonsense.

eh. i can care less if somebody used another persons avatar or mine, as long as if they dont make it there main avatar. it confuses people. i always look at da avatar instead of people’s name
