pretty much i got caught stealin jeans..only 15 yr old...and i was at the food court and they grabbed me...questioned me..called cops...whole 9 yards..and i have court in like 2 months...
to make matters worse..they say they have evidence of me stealin another pair..
what do i do..............
whats going happen to me

Don’t worry; or do depending on how you look at it. First of all you’ll most likely pay an outrageous fee to the store to pay for all their troubles. The fine is massive; it’s called a gaining loss: meaning they make money off of shoplifters.
Next, you’ll go to court and sometimes the judges are super cool and remove it from your record if you do a few hours of community service or pay the fine for the courts.
Then they’ll sentence you to this boring class. It’s the same class that you get if you’re out after curfew, rode a bike without a helmet, punched someone, brought drugs to school, etc. I’ve never shop lifted but I Went out T.P.ing with friends and my brother. I went to that class because I got three tickets: no bike light, no helmet, and I was out at 4:00 A.M.(the only reason we got caught is because my brother didn’t run when the cops saw us a long time after we finished T.P.ing) We told the judge we were going to Taco Bell at 4:00 because we were bored and hungry(lol, she believed us).
The class is actually pretty cool because you can talk to a lot of cool people there. There was also a little 8yr. fat girl that brought weed to school.
Sorry for the long post but nothing really bad will happen. You’re just going to pay a lot of money.
