To make solid napalm bricks, first make normal napalm and mix in with it small bits of news paper and corn flower, the mix should be extremly sticky, and it must be thick and gloppy, then make mold for the bricks, (2x4’s made into a square frame) put the frame on a large piece of waxed paper and pour the napalm in.

Put it out in the hot sun (don’t let it get wet) for 3 days, if the brick is not hard in 3 days leave it out fo another 2 days and If it’s not hard by then, You either did’nt make the mixture thick enough or it is too humid or too cold where you are situated.

Then Chuck in a bon fire or something, use your imagination!

You should know this already, but:

Basic Napalm

Take regular gasoline, and stir in styrofoam packing chips. The gas will disolve them. Keep stirring in the chips until the mix is thick and syrupy. This is Napalm. It will burn for a long time, and quite hot too.
