Your asking for a safe alternative for smoking papers?!?! SAFE?!!? Thats like saying "Is there a safer bullet to be shot with"? Im a smoker of both weed and cigs myself and smoking anything is NOT safe. The paper should be the least of your concerns.
Hemp paper is safer but also any paper witthout glue on it. And if you roll a blunt with a cheap cigar or a black and mild, make sure you take out the cancer paper (A easily recognized brown paper lining the tobacco.)

Text book paper??!? are you serious, that shit will destroy your lungs. Its treated with bleach and dyes and inks. NOT SAFE. Dont be a cheap ass, buy easy widers or make a shitty gernade with a water bottle and ratchet set peice. Bible pages are pretty thin but bad karma.

use a glass pipe or something but if you want papers there are clear papers made of sugar but they are hard to hand roll also smoking weed really inst harmful ( medical marijuana) but always use rolling papers never just paper. also the cancer paper he is talking about it the acctual shit used to roll blunts unless it is a black and mild. they are called blunt papers. like if oyu break a filly you remove that paper and roll with it not the tabacco with a black and mild you usually dont break it you just dump it our and fill it so yeah ... you wanna get high and be as safe as you can use a bong because the water will filter out imperityes or the cleanest is a vapo becasue it only extracts thc
