you’ll need a firing pin. try a large finishing nail and a very strong spring. convert it to fire rimfire rounds because centerfire ammo involv high pressure and that would require lots of complex modifications. and 22 lr is really cheap.
generally you need ot make the nail hit the rim hard enough to make a decent ding. If you want ot make it a repeater, follow bolt designs from 22 rifles and pistols.
