is it possible to see an orb outside of a photograph?
i believe i saw one at night about a month or two ago.
i was at a park outside the city, about ten o’clock at night. coincidentally, it was near an ancient indian burial ground and i was feeling uneasy as i was seeing things.
when i looked at a hillside (opposite where i had seen a strong shadow-figure like the ones in my other threads) i saw... what i can only describe as an orb.
you know when you look through glass that has a warp in it, everything sort of warpes into that place and then returns to normal like a seam? picture that, but in a hoop, with normal space in the middle. everything was the color it was sposed to be, but there was this circle-shaped distortion that moved reasonably fast along the hillside and disappeared. if it had been my eyes, it would have come back.
ive never heard of this happening before- have you?

Was it a bubble? Interesting, though I don’t quite get it. I get your explanation, but I can’t really find an answer as I haven’t experienced it. Maybe it was a lens-flare in your eyes? Strange. What colour was it, or was it completely transparent?
Fuck, this has got me thinking. And thinking hurts.

those lights could be swamp gas, actually, ive heard of the chemical reactions making lights like that. there’s some sort of a name for them, like fairy lights. but ive never heard of them moving like that O.O
the orb wasnt colored, it was just a distortion in what i was seeing. everything looked normal, just warped. ill find a picture of a hillside and mess with the photo so you can see what i mean. i guess you could call it a bubble.

They are called Will o’ the wisp’s.
I live near a swamp, I’m bound to see some sometime. Chances are if I’m out that late though, I’m high... so I’ll be freaking out.

well, i sorta mocked up the best i could what it would have looked like- i tried to get it as close as possible, but the circle’s edges were more defined, like a warp in glass as i said earlier.

Yes, you can see orbs. Orbs are nothing more than a collection of energy, therefore in many urban environments, it is fairly easy to see an orb.

I don’t see why you shouldn’t be able to see an orb outside of a camera. I mean, part of the reason cameras can capture them is because... it’s hard to explain, but doesn’t a camera kind of take a stop-motion, like you’re pausing everything in the angle? Maybe the orbs we see in pictures simply don’t last long enough, or move to fast, to see with the normal human eye. But then, I don’t see any reason that an apparently sentient form of energy can’t slow down, or become strong enough, and thus last long enough, to be seen.

someone vaselined it. (im sure thats in the egg directory at least five times).
it was moving pretty damn fast. anyways, i REALLY wish i’d had a camera ready so I could have seen what it looked like on film. i should go back out there one day and see what i can see.
