I am not sure if this would work but scientificly it should so here goes!
Note: I have not made this yet and i am not exactly sure on how to finish this product i will add on to it as soon as i finish making a working model.
Items required
Water gun (any kind is ok. It all depends on how much distance and force you want.)
one or several Transformer (should be able to get some at radio shack)Number of transformers need is dependent on how powerful of a electric shock you want.
One 9 volt battery
one or several Capacitors depending on how much volts are being produced from the transformer
2 electrodes
Tape (any tape is fine as long as it holds the stuff to the water gun.
Salt (amout required is dependent on how much is required to get the charge to conduct through the water.
oscillator (need to adjust the electric pulse to a certian level)
1 containor to hold the curcuit in to protect it.
1 On and off switch
Note: most of the stuff required can be found in a radio shack
Step 1 Take The the transformers and the oscillator the Capacitors and make a Voltage amplifying curcuit
Note: idk how to do this and i am still figuring it out.
Step two add a terminal to the curcuit to transfer the the battery voltage into the curcuit.
Step 3 Then add to the curcuit a lead out of the electricity to the electrodes make sure the wires leading to the electrodes are long
Step 4 Add the on and off switch to the curcuit
Step 5 Make holes in the case for the electrode to come out
Step 6 Encase the finshed curcuit and make it waterproof have the elecrodes out
Step 7 Attach the protected curcuit to the water gun and then attach the electrodes in front of the area where the water would come out of the water gun.
Note: Make sure when you fire the water touches the electrodes and if the water gun shots a powerful blast secure the electrodes tightly so they don’t disposition then you fire.
Your finished!
To use
Put water into the tank, pump it , turn on the curcuit and fire at your target. The water should carry the electric current to the target.
Note: if the water does not carry the current then add salt to the water to help it carry better.
This is not finished yet but if ya already know how to make the amplifying curcuit then enjoy!

this would work execpt the current would also go into the water tank thus possibly electrocuting yourself aswell as your target

Especially if your water gun leaked even the slightest, wich 99% of the water guns I’ve had have done....

if you want ya could wear rubber gloves. Also the electricity goes into the tank but the gun is plastic and plastic doesn’t conduct electricity.

nope, wouldnt work.
water takes the shortest possible route, and that would be straight to across the water into the other electrode. nice try though.
