if you were to hit someone in the xiphoid process(a sharp hard peice of cartalage at the end of the breast bone) it can cause it to break off and rip, cut, and pierce your insides

that is very good an all but really it is better to just use pressure points. Although you might not think it. Most pressure points if hit correctly and hard enough will kill a person. and remember there are orver 200 pressure points "i think any way"
