how do i make life better for myself when anything i can possibly think to do to make it better, in the end is just pointless, therefore making it not a solution which just makes everything seem more pointless?

This is a stage you are going through. Does everything in your life just seem boring as fuck? Maybe you just need to get out more. Get some more interesting friends. Another thing you could try is kinisiology. its a special sort of therapy that changes around your moods. And it can make you feel more happy about life. And it just helps to fix up any negative moods. I hope that helps

This is normal for most teens, you need to get out more, exercise, if you have an animal, walk it.
Also doing weed can depress you.
Its can makes your moods more intense, so if your bored you feel depressed
Etc.

Seems to me that we’re all headed down this path of trying to find happiness, but we just take different routes to get to it.
Just work hard, help people and try to live a good life. It will all work out in the end.
